My guest this week, Sharoya Ham of Embrace Behavior Change shares how pushing through her fears and out of her comfort zone has not only transformed her business but empowered her personally.
Parent Coach Sharoya Ham is a behavior change specialist and founder of Embrace Behavior Change. She is also a veteran teacher with over 25 years of experience working with at-risk students and their families. Her favorite career, however, was as a stay-at-home mom for over a decade. She attributes her three amazing sons who are now 17, 19, and 22 for teaching her endless lessons about parenting. Since 2014, Sharoya has shared the secrets & skills she’s learned as a mom and teacher with hundreds of families.
Her graduate studies were in Special Education with an Applied Behavior Analysis emphasis. She holds a New Jersey State Teacher Certification in Secondary Mathematics and a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is passionate about helping parents who are overwhelmed learn how to be calm, consistent, and confident that they are doing the right thing. She believes every family can create the home environment they want by embracing one behavior change at a time.
